Trent and his team did a superb job when I brought my daughter's car in. Great customer service.and very detailed on my service. He gave explanations about everything which, being a very detailed person I liked a lot. Everything was done in a timely manner as promised. And what I thought was extra special was when I picked up my car, in it there was a personalized note saying thank you. That was very nice and just the cherry on top. We'll definitely be back. Thanks guys!

I had an outstanding experience with CarPro while they completed warranty work on my vehicle. Although needing warranty repairs is never ideal, the entire team made the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. I had an amazing experience! My 1997 Wrangler was making some rattling noise that I noticed on my way home from work. Concerned, I stopped at multiple shops that told me it was too late in the day for them to diagnose and to come back early in the morning or the following week. When I called CarPro I was impressed from the beginning. Over the phone they were kind and although it was 4:30pm I understood that no repairs would be able to be done same day, he said to come in in and they would take a look. Once diagnosed, everything was explained in great detail. Once I came back for repairs.. a ride home was provided within minutes That was terrific! Teh car is now running great and I will most definitely come back to them for any future needs. When I picked up my car.. I even got a nice note . Very grateful
